Stressful week @ sem..?

my stressful causes are...:

1. research proposal
2. date to go sampling my precious specimens(which is still undecided)
   
3. how to carry out my experiments????
4. thesis...(da major causes!!!.........)
   

so, is there anyone who can help me???
em,guess not...cause everyone in da world faces their own problems in life..
nobody is without problem unless he/she is "something"....
so, da conclusion is...i 've to face and solve my own self-conflict...
